About You

• Strong empirical research skills as demonstrated through one or more (working) papers
• Broad interest in organisational, digital or environmental topics
• Have received a PhD by September 2025
• Demonstrate excellence in research
• Excellent writing skills. Fluency in English is required
• Experience in managing and conducting field experiments, other types of field studies or larger datasets

What We Can Offer You

• 2-year postdoctoral position (TV-L13) with possibility of extension (depending on third-party funding)
